Previous multi-unit operations experience is ideal for candidates pursuing a Saladworks franchise opportunity. However, if a great prospect does not have sufficient restaurant experience, he/she must hire a GM with the required experience. 

Is there organized training for new franchisees?

Yes, Saladworks runs a 4-week intensive training program at their corporate office in Conshohocken, PA, which will help give you some of the tools necessary to get you started on your way to successful restaurant ownership.

What’s a typical initial investment? 

Your initial investment and the costs necessary to begin operating a single Saladworks restaurant could range from $210,607 – $534,084. Actual costs will vary for each restaurant depending on a number of factors, including market conditions and the geographic location of your restaurant, as well as the amount of construction work necessary for the site build out. The initial franchise fee is $35,000 for a single restaurant. Single and multi-unit development is available.

Are there any discounts available for Veterans?

Active duty military and veterans receive 50% off of the initial franchise fee.
