What do Honor Care Pros do?
Provide companionship to people and help with medication reminders, transportation to appointments, social engagements, and errands. Care Pros also assist clients with daily activities—meal planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation, tidying up and laundry, dressing, personal care, plus help with walking and staying active. Caregivers with more training and experience can help clients with transfers, including from sit to stand, wheelchair assistance, toileting, bathing, and more.
What are the earnings and perks like?
Weekly pay with direct deposit available, Medical/Dental/Vision benefits and 401k (based on eligibility), cell phone reimbursement, paid sick leave, overtime, generous referral bonus program, holidays paid at the rate of 1.5x.
Special Requirements: Minimum of 6-months paid caregiving experience for seniors or one of the following certifications: CNA, HHA, LVN. Applicants must be 21 years or older, with an in-state driver’s license, two professional references in senior care and a negative tuberculosis test (TB) or chest X-ray. In Arizona: CPR and First Aid certifications.
