Gather requirements for product definition and messaging based on Member feedback and market opportunity.
Maintain feature roadmaps and track implementation across products/services.
Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize based on tradeoffs between effort and Member value.
Ensure all stakeholders are looped in as appropriate on product status.
Define and monitor KPIs against acquisition and engagement targetsResearch, monitor and respond to competitive offerings.
At least 3 years product marketing experience (software or consumer brand preferred).
A focus on customers and a passion for optimizing Member experience.
Fast learner, detail-orientedExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven track record of setting platform/product strategy and rallying the team to meet critical objectives aligned with strategy.
Expertise with appropriate tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana).
Open to offer contract position and convert to full time employee if there is mutual fit.
