You grant Amava the non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide right to publish and use on the Amava Properties (and those of Amava affiliates and partners), syndicate, and distribute all or a portion of the Posts in any language, worldwide.

You agree to cooperate in the defense of any legal action brought against Amava from the Posts. You agree to reveal to Amava any actual or potential conflict of interest, including but not limited to any financial interest in any product, firm, or commercial venture relating to the subject of the Posts. Amava reserves the right to remove any of the Posts that violate its publishing standards or for any other reason at any time.

You grant Amava the right to illustrate and edit the Posts for publication and marketing purposes. If You disagree with any edits or illustrations your sole recourse is to request in writing the removal of the Post in question which Amava will use reasonable efforts to accomplish within 30 days.

Compensation. You are contributing the Posts so that your message can better reach Amava members which You agree is sufficient compensation for your efforts. Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or related to the subject matter of this agreement will be first discussed through informal negotiation. If, after 30 days, You and Amava are not able to work out the dispute, the dispute shall be subject to non-binding mediation, prior to arbitration. The mediator shall be a neutral retired judge or practicing attorney to be agreed upon by the parties. Mediation shall be conducted in Menlo Park, San Mateo County, California and parties not residing in the Bay Area may attend the hearing via video call. The arbitrator shall be a neutral retired judge or practicing attorney to be agreed upon by You and Amava. Arbitration shall be conducted in Menlo Park, San Mateo County, California. Each party shall bear its own costs in any such proceedings.

Any claim against Amava shall be limited to the amounts You paid, if any, to Amava.
